About Shailaja

At a time when fields like analytics and data science were often misunderstood or underappreciated in traditional countries like Nepal, Shailaja Adhikary, the Managing Director of IEC School of Analytics, made a bold decision to revolutionize professional education. Drawing from her pioneering spirit, she took on significant financial risks, including a large investment loan, and overcame skepticism from peers and industry leaders. Today, her journey stands as a testament to resilience and vision, as she continues to inspire the next generation of professionals in analytics and beyond.

Today she heads several noted institutions which are considered as premier education hubs across the country and range from Kindergarten to post graduation levels. She is the Managing Director at IEC Group of Institutions and also Managing Director and Principal at Euro School, Kathmandu and successfully runs three premier branches of Euro Kids, Nepal.
